The venue is reasonably clean, the staff is competent. The rooms are a nice size with a nice private terrace. The location is exceptionally nice, relatively close to West Cliff Lift. And it's nestled in a very cute building adjacent to on the main street of Santa Catarina and the tram station at Trindade.

The location was marvellous, just off Bolhao, the tram station at Trindade and the beautiful Luís bridge, in a very comfortable area. Local fast food option Harry Ramsden's was 10 minutes walk away. I had spotless, nicely decorated room with a terrace, a lovely bathroom, as example, had good night's sleep.

The location was very central, right by all shops in Porto, the nightlife and restaurants and shopping areas. And it was just a short walk away from A Escola by The Artist, ate there couple of times.

Overall it is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the stay, the location was magnificent to historical sights. The family junior suite is new-fashioned and has a balcony and coffee/tea making equipment. When I am in Porto, I like staying here. In overall, the place is cool, has affable and efficient staff on reception desk. The rooms are new-fashioned with comfy beds and smoke detectors. The location is very central, very close to Porto, hill and all the attractions. All what you need to get to an ornate church is a 10-minute walk.
